WHAT IS SPORTS MASSAGE?
A Sports Massage is tailored to relax muscles after sporting events and to treat sports injuries.
This is a deep tissue massage where the therapist will use strength on muscles to release tension and pain.
A Sports Massage will flush away any toxins through the Lymph glands.
If you are running Marathons or half Marathons this can be a really good massage for your legs. Clearly away the toxins from the muscles in your legs.

What to expect during a Massage session?
Assessment: I will be looking at your overall posture and range of movement. I can determine the correct treatment for you.
Treatment: Using different massage techniques to improve mobility, posture and overall better functioning when doing physical activity.
Assessment & Advice: After the treatment I will assess the range of movement again and see if there is better mobility. Helping to make sure there is reduced chance of injury.
Purchasing Sports Massage
I own my own treatment table so I offer home visits. You will need to provide two of your own towels. I would advice you to tell me if you have any allergic reactions to any oils before sessions as I can make sure I have one suited to your needs.
