ABOUT ME - DANNY
Hello my name is Danny. I'm a level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. From an early age I have always taken a very keen interest when it comes to exercise and sport. My journey in the fitness world started as a kid doing Judo and competing at competition levels.
I have a strong background in Judo. I'm a black belt and completed my Level 1 coaching badge in 2016. I have run two London Marathons in the past few years. Enjoy going swimming and regular gym sessions. I enjoy travelling and studying to improve my overall knowledge within the fitness industry.
What Motivates me?
I enjoy setting myself challenges and pushing myself to new levels. I see Personal Training with my clients a great challenge and finding the results very rewarding. I have trained many hours of Personal Training working with Group Sessions, One on One, Boxercise, Judo lessons and Outdoor Group Sessions. Gaining positive results for my clients I find very rewarding when they are reaching their goals.
What I can offer during sessions?
My sessions would include Weight Loss, Tone up, Muscle Gain and Nurtrional Advice.
Our first session would be a fitness test so I can access where your fitness levels are and where your strengths and weaknesses are. Our sessions will be tailored to improve session after session and get the best physical results as possible.
During a PT session I would use TRX, Kettlebells, Free weights, Resistance Bands, Padwork (Boxercise) and Cardio Machines. I'm able to do sessions in your home and inside in the park. I take what my clients want to achieve very carefully.

If you agree to sign up for sessions with me in my gym and you want to use a locker for safekeeping please bring a padlock and there are shower facilities. If you forget to bring a towel then you can purchase one for £1 for that session.
